ALSO, AS HARDSHIP CASES BECOME KNOWN, AND THE POTENTIAL RECIPIENT DEMONSTRATES A WILLINGNESS TO WORK OUT OF THE PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCE, ASSITANCE WILL BE AWARDED. CRITERIA HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR WORTHY PROJECTS AND INDIVIIDUALS BY COMMITTEES, AND AWARDS ARE APPROVED BY OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
