REPRESENTS OVER 2,500 BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES IN DISPUTES AND NEGOTIATIONS UPHOLDING NATIONAL AFGE AND NATIONAL VA AGREEMENTS UTILIZING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING.
