TO PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN THE SECTION 202 DIRECT LOAN PROGRAM AND THE SECTION 8 LOW INCOME HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
