The goal of this organization is to operate community-based residential facilities which allow adult and juvenile offenders with satisfactory behavior to transition back to the community during the last months of their sentences or which provide congregate living arrangements and supportive services for ex-offenders to help them successfully reenter the community and become self-sufficient. These facilities are known as work release centers, prerelease centers, rehabilitation centers and group homes for juvenile offenders or status offenders.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ENABLE ALL YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO NEED US MOST, TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS PRODUCTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS.

THE ELKS LODGE PROVIDES A FACILITY TO ITS MEMBERS FOR DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. THE FACILITY IS ALSO USED FOR MEETINGS AND SOCIAL EVENTS FOR ITS MEMBERS.

DOMESTIC AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE SERVICES INCLUDING FULL RANGE OF PREVENTION AND SURVIVAL SERVICES AND A 24-HOUR HOTLINE AND 68-BED SHELTER.

MARION CULTURAL ALLIANCE SUPPORTS ACTIVITIES RELATING TO THE ARTS, FINE ARTS, HISTORICAL AND SCIENTIFIC MUSEUMS AND SPECIFIC EDUCATION THROUGH GRANTS, ADVOCACY, FUNDRAISING AND PARTNERSHIPS.
