RECIPIENT INSTITUTIONS AND AMOUNTS AND USES OF FUNDS WAS DETERMINED THROUGH A YEAR-LONG PUBLIC PROCESS ORGANIZED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH STAFF, CITY MANAGER, AND COMMISSIONERS.
