MISSION:

ALAQUA ANIMAL REFUGE (AAR) WAS FOUNDED ON THE CORE BELIEF THAT EVERY ABUSED, NEGLECTED AND HOMELESS ANIMAL DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE. OUR MISSION IS TO BE A LEADING ADVOCATE FOR ALL ANIMALS IN NEED RESULTING IN A KINDER, MORE EMPATHETIC WORLD FOR ALL LIVING SOULS. SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES IN 2021 THAT IMPACTED OUR MISSION AND VISION WERE: THE OPENING OF ALAQUA WILDLIFE REHABILITATION CENTER; THE ADDITION OF A SECOND AAR LOCATION TO BETTER SERVE ALL ANIMALS WITH THE COMPLETION OF A WELCOME CENTER ON THE NEW PROPERTY HOUSING ANIMAL SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES; NEW SITE CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR DOG ADOPTION CENTER, CAT CABINS, ANIMAL QUARANTINE FACILITY, PUPPY SUITES, ANIMAL ADMISSIONS/INTAKE FACILITY, AND ADDITIONAL PASTURES FOR LARGE ANIMALS.

A PREPLANNED FARM BASED LEARNING PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH AUTISM

TO PROVIDE EDUCATION TO THE CHILDREN IN KENYA, EQUIP THEM WITH LIFE SKILLS AND PREPARE THEM TO MEET THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE.

THE MISSION OF THE MINISTRY IS TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. THE PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS IN CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA AND THE SPANISH SPEAKING CARIBBEAN WITH A CONTINUED SUPPORT TO THE CHILDRENS HOME IN ROMANIA.

TO BRING OPPORTUNITY FOR WRITERS TO MEET AND LEARN. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID FOR EMERGING WRITERS. TO CREATE AN OUTREACH PROGRAM TO SEND FELLOWS AND SCHOLARS TO SCHOOL FOR LITERATURE. TO HAVE CONFERENCES THAT WOULD NOT HAVE CREATIVE COMPETITIONS.

The goal of this organization is to engage in radio productions and broadcast, including public radio stations and radio stations that offer programming that is designed for community residents who are blind or visually impaired (radio reading services).
