THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE BOARD CONSISTS OF BOARD MEMBERS WHO ARE APPOINTED BY STATE AND LOCAL OFFICIALS.

DISMANTLE ILLEGAL WILDLIFE TRADE BY SUPPORTING GOVERNMENTS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES IN INVESTIGAING, ARRESTING, AND PROSECUTING WILDLIFE TRAFFICKERS.
