AS IS COMMON FOR MANY RURAL COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED STATES, LOGAN COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS FACE WIDESPREAD DRUG ABUSE RELATED TO THE OPIOID CRISIS IN THIS COUNTRY.
