THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO ASSIST VARIOUS SOUTHWEST FLORIDA CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS

TO PROVIDE PLAY THERAPY AND RECREATION TO CHILDREN THAT ARE IN HOSPITALS BY WAY OF INSTALLING AND MAINTAINING FREE PINBALL MACHINES AT CHILDREN'S HOSPITALS.

MISSION:

SHADOW WOOD CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC. IS COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING CHARITABLE PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE THE LIVES OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA RESIDENTS IN NEED. THE FOUNDATION RAISES FUNDS AND DISTRIBUTES THEM TO SECTION 501 (C)(3) CHARITIES THAT SERVE THOSE RESIDENTS THROUGH SOCIAL SERVICE PROGRAMS. IT ALSO HAS SCHOLARSHIP AWARD AND EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF EMPLOYEES, AND FAMILIES OF EMPLOYEES, OF SHADOW WOOD COUNTRY CLUB AND SHADOW WOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, AND A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE BENEFIT OF GRADUATING SENIORS OF TWO LOCAL HIGH SCHOOLS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

MISSION:

THE CLUB PROVIDES RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND CASUAL DINING FOR ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. RECREATIONAL FACILITIES INCLUDE A SWIMMING POOL, FITNESS CENTER, TENNIS, PICKLE BALL AND BOCCE BALL COURTS.
