PROVIDE AID AND SUPPORT OF THE APALACHICOLA MUNICIPAL LIBRARY. TO FURTHER THE PUBLIC ACCESS TO LITERATURE AND THE CULTURAL HISTORY OF THE REGION. TO ASSIST THE LIBRARY TO PROMOTE LITERACY TO ALL AGES OF THE PUBLIC AND TO PROMOTE PROGRAMS FOR THE EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE LIBRARY'S RESOURCES TO OFFER PUBLIC CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES IN OUR AREA.
