ALIANTA EMPOWERS ROMANIAN AND AMERICAN INSTITUTIONS AND INDIVIDUALS THROUGH EDUCATION, NETWORKING AND FACILITATING OPPORTUNITIES THAT BENEFIT THE CITIZENS OF BOTH NATIONS.
