HANDZ-ON IS IN THE BUSINESS OF TAKING PEOPLE WITH PSYCHIATRIC DISABILIITIES OUT OF NURSING HOMES AND PLACING THEM BACK IN THE COMMUNITY WITH THE SUPPORT AND RESOURCES NEEDED TO MAKE THEM FUNCTIONING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
