OUR LENDING ARM, SOUTHERN COLORADO COMMUNITY LENDING, OFFERS MORTGAGES, REHAB LOANS, AND BUSINESS LOANS. WE ENGAGE OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH MANY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING A COMMUNITY GARDEN AND THE BESSEMER FOOD PANTRY THAT PROVIDES FOOD TO THOSE IN NEED.
