THROUGH THE CENTER, ACTION IN AFRICA INSPIRES INDIVIDUALS TO REACH THEIR UNTAPPED POTENTIAL TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE, EDUCATED AND EMPOWERED CITIZENS OF UGANDA
