THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME AND OTHER NEEDY INDIVIDUALS/HOUSEHOLDS IN THE CITY OF WOODLAND PARK AND THE SURROUNDING RURAL REGION OF COLORADO (REFERRED TO AS THE UPPER ARKANSAS VALLEY). THE ORGANIZATION SHALL ACCOMPLISH ITS CHARITABLE MISSION BY CONDUCTING ASSESSMENTS OF COMMUNITY NEEDS AND FEASIBILITY, AND BY PROVIDING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCING FOR CHARITABLE LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS.

MISSION:

HELP THE NEEDY IS DEDICATED TO ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN TELLER COUNTY BY CONSISTENTLY OFFERING A HELPING HAND TO THOSE WHO REQUIRE ASSISTANCE DURING DIFFICULT TIMES. THESE DIFFICULTIES CAN BE CAUSED BY A GREAT VARIETY OF PROBLEMS INCLUDING LOSS OF JOB, TRANSPORTATION PROBLEMS, MEDICAL PROBLEMS, OR FAMILY CRISIS. HELP THE NEEDY ALSO ADVOCATES FOR THE POOR AND AT-RISK AT ALL LEVELS. IN ESSENCE, WE OFFER A HELPING HAND TO KEEP FAMILIES FROM LOSING WHAT THEY HAVE.

MISSION:

WILDLIFE CONSERVATION & PRESERVATION WITH HABITAT RESTORATION/COLORADO MOOSE-DEER-ELK-ANTELOPE MANAGEMENT/HUNTER EDUCATION/FIREARM SAFETY/COMMUNITY HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS THAT SERVE THE PUBLIC.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE SAFE VENUES FOR SEVERAL TYPES OF SHOOTING SPORTS AND PROVIDE EDUCATION AND SAFETY PROGRAMS TO MEMBERS, YOUTH, HUNTERS AND OTHERS IN A SAFE AND CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT; AND CONTINUE TO PROVIDE A SAFE VENUE AND TRAINING IN THE SHOOTING SPORTS.

THE TELLER SENIOR COALITION ASSISTS AT-RISK SENIOR CITIZENS TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR HOMES BY PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION, NUTRITION, RESPITE, COUNSELING, CLEANING & HOMEMAKING, AND HANDYMAN SERVICES.

The goal of this organization is to provide gas, electricity, water and sanitary services including the hook-up of services and the installation, maintenance and repair of necessary equipment.

CAREGIVERS DESERVE A BREAK AND THEIR LOVED ONES ARE WORTHY OF A DAY OR TWO FILLED WITH MEANINGFUL SOCIAL INTERACTION AND ACTIVITY IN A "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" SETTING. DAYBREAK PROVIDES THE SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT FOR SUCH OPPORTUNITIES TO PROSPER.
