MISSION:

THE MOUNTAINS AND PLAINS INSTITUTE FOR LIFELONG LEARNING AND SERVICE IS A 501C3 NON-PROFIT CORPORATION COMMITTED TO PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY AND AFFORDABLE EDUCATIONAL COURSES, TRAVEL, AND SERVICE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS. THE INSTITUTE ALSO SUPPORTS SERVICE PROJECTS WITH FOCUS ON HEALTH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACTIVITIES. IN 2023, 16 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WERE PROVIDED SERVING 311 INDIVIDUALS, LED BY AN ADDITIONAL 11 INDIVIDUALS. ALSO, 3 SERVICE PROJECTS PROVIDED NEARLY 7,000 INDIVIDUALS WITH SERVICES.

MISSION:

KRFC 88.9 FM RADIO FORT COLLINS MAKES GREAT RADIO THAT IS LOCAL, NONCOMMERCIAL, AND VOLUNTEER POWERED. THEIR BROADCAST REACHES FORT COLLINS, LOVELAND, GREELEY, PARTS OF DENVER, BOULDER AND SOME OF THE MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TRAINING TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN TO HELP REDUCE CASES OF PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL ABUSE. FOR CASES REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OR THE DEPT. OF HUMAN SERVICES, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES NEUTRAL, FORENSICALLY SOUND INTERVIEWS OF THE VICTIM TO ASSIST WITH THE INVESTIGATION, HELP STOP PERPETRATORS, AND HELP SUPPORT THE VICTIMS AND THEIR NONOFFENDING CAREGIVERS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide or coordinate free or low-cost transportation services for older adults, people with disabilities, people with medical conditions, people who are indigent, students and other eligible individuals.

TO ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE HOUSING FOR THE UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS OF THE CORPORATION ATTENDING THE COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY, IN THE FORM OF A CLUBHOUSE.

ABLE KIDS MISSION IS TO HELP CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH CENTRAL AUDITORY PROCESSING DISORDER.

MISSION:

LA COCINA SEEKS TO DISMANTLE SYSTEMS OF OPPRESSION AND CO-CREATE PATHS TO LIBERATION BY PROVIDING FULL ACCESS TO TRADITIONAL AND NON TRADITIONAL FORMS OF MENTAL HEALTH AND HEALTH EQUITY SUPPORT SERVICES.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are business and professional men and/or women or other individuals who have a common interest in improving the life of the community, which conduct fund-raising events to finance community service projects. Many service clubs are chapters of national or international organizations.
