WE APPLY OUR APPROACH TO HEALTHY EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES, LAND USE, SAFETY, SYSTEMS OF PREVENTION AND HEALTH EQUITY, EQUITABLE RECOVERY FROM THE COVID PANDEMIC, SUBSTANCE MISUSE PREVENTION, AND MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING, AMONG OTHER ISSUES.

A PORTION OF EACH SALE OF GRAVES, MAUSOLEUMS, AND NICHE SPACE MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE ENDOWMENT FUND FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE CEMETERY MAINTENANCE AND IS ACCOUNTED FOR IN FUND EQUITIES. HOLLYWOOD FOREVER, INC. ENDOWMENT CARE & MEMORIAL CARE TRUST BEGAN OPERATIONS IN 1998 WHEN THE CONSERVATORSHIP OFFICE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS FIRST RELEASED THE FUNDS TO THE ORGANIZATION FOLLOWING THE ACQUISITION OF THE CEMETERY FROM BANKRUPTCY ESTATE. THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE TRUSTEES NAMED IN T
