ONE VOICE IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION HELPING FAMILIES LIVING AT POVERTY LEVEL WITHIN THE LOS ANGELES AREA. ITS PROGRAMS RANGE FROM PROVIDING EMERGENCY RELIEF SERVICES TO FAMILIES IN IMMEDIATE CRISES TO A SCHOLARS PROGRAM DESIGNED TO BETTER THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE'S LIVES.

THE EVA LONGORIA FOUNDATION HELPS LATINAS BUILD BETTER FUTURES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

THE ORGANIZATION IS THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA'S OFFICIAL PROMOTION AND TOURISM BUREAU. IT IS ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE OF SANTA MONICA THROUGH IMPROVEMENT OF TOURISM AND TRADE IN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AND THE PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC CONDITIONS FOR ALL PEOPLE IN SANTA MONICA, THEREBY LESSENING THE BURDENS ON CITY GOVERNMENT. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO INCREASE VISITOR EXPENDITURES AND TOURISM REVENUES THROUGH PROMOTION OF THE AREA AS A TRAVEL DESTINATION.

OUR PURPOSE IS TO FIND PERMANENT, SAFE AND HAPPY HOMES FOR AS MANY HOMELESS ANIMALS AS POSSIBLE. PFLK9 PULLS DOGS FROM CITY AND COUNTY SHELTERS AND PLACES THEM IN OUR PAWS FOR LIFE (PFL) CALIFORNIA STATE PRISON PROGRAM WITH OUR INCARCERATED TRAINERS WHO ARE ABLE TO DEDICATE ALL OF THEIR TIME TO THEIR REHABILITATION. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF LIVING AND WORKING WITH OUR INMATE TRAINERS, OUR DOGS EARN THEIR AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN CERTIFICATION AND ARE READY FOR ADOPTION AND FAMILY LIFE. SOME PFL GRADUATES COMPLETE FURTHER TRAINING TO BECOME SERVICE ANIMALS FOR MILITARY VETERANS SUFFERING FROM PTSD. THE PFL PROGRAM ENRICHES THE LIVES OF THE INMATES AND DOGS ALIKE. BY LOWERING EUTHANASIA RATES AND PREPARING DOGS FOR SERVICE JOBS, PFL IS PROVING THAT EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE.

WE WANT EVERYONE, EVEN PATIENTS WITHOUT FINANCIAL MEANS TO BE ABLE TO BENEFIT FROM NEW KNOWLEDGE AND LIVE A HEALTHY, LONG LIFE.THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO PREVENT ILLNESS AND PROMOTE LONGER, HEALTHIER, AND CONSEQUENTLY HAPPIER LIVES AS FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS AS DESCRIBED IN THE "UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS" PROCLAIMED BY THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN PARIS IN 1948.
