THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO CHARGED WITH THE ONGOING OVERSITE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE NETS, INCLUDING ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS, OVER THE NETS FIVE-YEAR PERMIT PERIOD.
