CENTER FOR TRAINING & CAREERS DBA CONXION TO COMMUNITY (CTC) IS A NON-PROFIT VOCATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN 1977 TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO RESIDENTS OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY.
