SO OFTEN, EMERGENCY FOOD IS OPTIMIZED TO REDUCE COSTS FOR PROVIDERS, INSTEAD OF PRIORITIZING THE NEEDS OF THE BENEFICIARY. MANY INTERVENTIONS REQUIRE PEOPLE TO WAIT IN LONG LINES, PICKUP FOOD THAT MAY NOT MEET THEIR DIETARY AND HOUSEHOLD NEEDS, OR ARE LIMITED TO A SINGLE MEAL. THE EXPERIENCE IS OFTEN UNDIGNIFIED. HELP KITCHEN IS TACKLING THESE PROBLEMS BY CREATING TECH-ENABLED PLATFORMS TO MATCH FOOD INSECURE INDIVIDUALS WITH AVAILABLE RESOURCES.
