LOT318 IS SURROUNDED BY APPROXIMATELY 5,000 HOMES AND APARTMENTS. THE LA JOLLA COMMUNITY IN PLACENTIA IS KNOWN AS A "DESERT COMMUNITY" AS THEY HAVE LIMITED ACCESS TO LARGER PARTS OF THE CITY, SUCH AS GROCERY STORES, GAS STATIONS, AND OTHER RESOURCES. THIS IS DUE TO LACK OF CITY TRANSPORTATION, ACCESS TO RECREATIONAL AREAS
