TRANSITIONAL RESIDENCE FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING TO PERMANENT HOUSING

TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES WHICH INCLUDE SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY AND HAPPINESS.
