THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INCLUDE PROTECTION OF DOGS AND PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TOWARDS DOGS. THE CORPORATION WILL UNDERTAKE THE ACTIVITIES OF RAISING DONATIONS AND FUNDS FROM DONORS, WHICH WILL BE USED TO RESCUE, REHABILITATE, AND REHOME DOGS, BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY, AS WELL AS TO FUND THEIR MEDICAL CARE, VACCINATIONS, SPAY AND NEUTER.

PROVIDE REHABILITATION THERAPIES TO CHILDREN SEVERELY AFFECTED BY CANCER AND BRAIN TUMORS.

THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO I. EDUCATE AND CARE FOR CHILDREN THROUGH PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS, II. TO MAINTAIN ONE OR MORE FACILITIES FOR SUCH CARE AND INSTRUCTION, III. TO MAKE SUCH CARE AND SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, IV. TO ENABLE THE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF THE CHILDREN ENROLLED TO SEEK OR MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT, IF THEY SO DESIRE, KNOWING THAT THEIR CHILDREN WILL BE LOVED AND CARED FOR IN THEIR ABSENCE, AND IV. TO HIRE TEACHERS WHOSE PHILOSOPHY IS IN ACCORD WITH THE PURPOSES STATED HERE.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).
