THIS HOME HEALTH AGENCY PROVIDES SERVICES TO HOME BOUND INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA REQUIRING SKILLED MEDICAL HOME SERVICES. SERVICES INCLUDE SKILLED NURSING CARE AS WELL AS REHAB SERVICES TO DISCHARGED PATIENTS FROM BARLOW RESPIRATORY HOSPITAL AND OTHER ACUTE AS WELL AS SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES AND OTHER PATIENTS REFERRED BY PHYSICIANS FOR SERVIES.
