DURING THE YEAR ENDED JULY 31, 2017, THE MORTGAGE WAS PAID IN FULL.ON MAY 28, 2020 THE PROPERTY WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE CITY OF PASADENA AND ULTIMATELY SOLD TO A NEW LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, CONCORD RHF PARTNERS LP.
