THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 26 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS 300 MAIN LOCATED IN ESTACADA, OREGON, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.

THE VISION OF THE LONG BEACH ACCELERATOR IS TO MAKE LONG BEACH A DESTINATION OF CHOICE FOR EARLY STAGE STARTUPS.
