CATO WAS ESTABLISHED AS AN ORGANIZATION "OF TACTICAL TEAM MEMBERS BY AND FOR TACTICAL TEAM MEMBERS." WITH OVER 30 MILLION RESIDENTS IN CALIFORNIA AND OVER 80,000 SWORN OFFICERS, CATO'S MANDATE IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, TRAINING, AND RESOURCES TO ITS MEMBERS.

IT IS HOME TO OVER 260 BALLPLAYERS ON A YEAR-ROUND BASIS. DISTRICT 31 SELECTED EALL TO HOST ALL-STAR SATURDAYFOR THE PAST SIX YEARS INVITING AN ADDITIONAL 300+ PLAYERS TO OUR FIELDS ANNUALLYFOR THE WEEKEND ACTIVITIES. THREE BASEBALL FIELDS ARE MAINTAINED BY THE LEAGUE ANDIN COOPERATION WITH THE CITY OF ESCONDIDO. THE LEAGUE PROVIDES BASEBALL FOR KIDSAGES 4-17 FOR SPRING AND FALL BALL LEAGUE PLAY, PLAY-OFFS AND LEAGUE TOURNAMENTS.THE CURRENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS BEEN SERVING FOR ONE YEAR AND ALL WERE VOTED INFOR THE 2021-2022 LITTLE LEAGUE SEASON.
