EQUALLY IMPORTANT, THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO TEACHING SPORTSMANSHIP, RESPONSIBILITY, INTEGRITY, DISCIPLINE AND A STRONG WORK ETHIC. WE EMPHASIZE TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT IN A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT. OVER 30 SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PROVIDED EACH YEAR TO BOYS AND GIRLS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY. ALL COACHES ARE REGISTERED WITH THE AMATEUR ATHLETIC UNION OF THE UNITED SATAES AND HAVE COMPLETED POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE COURSES.
