SERVICES INCLUDE; EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS, REFERRAL SERVICES, COUNSELING SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION, HOMELESS ASSISTANCE, WELFARE TO WORK, EMERGENCY FOOD PROGRAMS, SENIOR MEALS, RENT AND MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND OTHER SELF-SUFFICIENCY PRORGRAMS TO AID INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO BECOME ECONOMICALLY AND PERSONALLY SELF-SUFFICIENT.
