MISSION:

ANSAAR-E-FATEMI DAWAT INC ("AEFD") HAS BEEN FORMED TO CARRY OUT, AMONG OTHER THINGS, PIOUS, RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES FOR DAWOODI BOHRA COMMUNITY LED BY HIS HOLINESS SYEDNA TAHER FAKHRUDDIN, AND TO DEFEND AND PROTECT THE RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES OF THE DAWOODI BOHRA COMMUNITY.

MISSION:

TO PRESENT CHRIST TO THE WORLD BY COMMITED TO THE GOSPEL; HEALING THE SICK AND THE BROKEN HEARTED; REACHING THE LOST;INSPIRED AND EMPOWERED BY THIS SPIRIT; SALVATION AND SERVICE IN THIS NAME;TEACHING HIS PEOPLE TO BE LIKE HIM IN WORD AND EXAMPLE.

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

MISSION:

THE MISSION OF STEPS IS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND INDIVIDUAL RECOVERY THROUGH SAFETY, EDUCATION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING. THE MAJOR PORTION OF THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. STEPS PROVIDES EDUCATION, GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING TO HELP THE PARTICIPANTS AVOID DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND RE-OFFENDING. A VARIETY OF PREVENTION SERVICES ARE ALSO OFFERED, INCLUDING EDUCATION INCLUDING FOCUSING ON UNDERAGE DRINKERS AS WELL AS THOSE WHO ARE OVER-SERVED ALCOHOL. THE RESPONSIBLE BEVERAGE SERVICE TRAINING PROVIDES SERVICES AT A VARIETY OF SITES THROUGHOUT KERN COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

TO PROVIDE SPECIALLY TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO REPRESENT THE BEST INTEREST OF CHILDREN UNDER PROTECTION OF THE JUVENILE COURT BECAUSE OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT.

ALLIANCE PROVIDES 24-HOUR CRISIS INTERVENTION, SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, EMERGENCY SHELTER, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, LICENSED CHILDCARE, COMMUNITY OUTREACH/EDUCATION FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/SEXUAL ASSUALT/HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND THEIR CHILDREN.

THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF CARE - CHILDRENS' ADVOCATES RESOURCE ENDOWMENT IS TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN'S CHARITIES OF KERN COUNTY.
