DUES ARE COLLECTED FROM MEMBER SCHOOL DISTRICTS THROUGHOUT ALASKA, AS WELL AS NON-DISTRICT MEMBERS. IN ADDITION, CEE MANAGES A SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR ALASKAN STUDENTS, AS WELL AS A CONSTITUTIONAL DEFENSE FUND.
