THE ORGANIZATION RAISES FUNDS THROUGH VARIOUS MEANS SUCH AS THE SALE OF SPONSORSHIPS/SIGNAGE, CONCESSIONS SALES, MERCHANDISE SALES AND VARIOUS SMALL FUNDRAISERS. 100% OF THE FUNDS THAT ARE RAISED BY THE ORGANIZATION ARE USED FOR ITEMS SUCH AS UPGRADES/MAINTENANCE TO THE FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL FACILITIES, TEAM EQUIPMENT, FIELD AND GAME SUPPLIES AND ANY OTHER OPERATING NEEDS TO BOTH THE GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL TEAMS.

THE DODDRIDGE CO. FAIR COMMISSION SPONSORS THE ANNUAL FAIR DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST. THE FAIR PROVIDES SUPPORT OF LOCAL CRAFTERS, GARDENERS, FFA AND 4-H MEMBERS AND OTHERS IN THE AREA WITH VARIOUS CONTESTS AND EXHIBITS
