ETL PROMOTES, ADVANCES AND SPONSORS A BASKETBALL LEAGUE FOR BOYS AND GIRLS GRADES 4 THROUGH 8. AT THE PRESENT TIME, THE LEAGUE HAS 70 PROGRAMS SERVING APPROXIMATELY 1,600 KIDS.
