THE ORGANIZATION IS EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C) (7) AS A CLUB ORGANIZED FOR RECREATIONAL GOLF, TENNIS, SWIMMING, DINING AND OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ACTIVITIES. THE ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN PART III ARE GERMANE TO THOSE PURPOSES.

MISSION:

THE CLUB OFFERS ITS MEMBERS FULL COUNTRY CLUB FACILITIES INCLUDING GOLF, TENNIS, SWIMMING, DINING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND GENERATES REVENUES PRIMARILY THROUGH MEMBERSHIP DUES, RESTAURANT SALES, AND GOLF FEES.
