JAMES MADISON HIGH SCHOOL BAND PARENTS ORGANIZATION, INC., PROVIDES VOLUNTEER AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE STUDENT BAND PROGRAM AT JMHS IN VIENNA, VA. IT IS AN ALL-VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION.

The goal of this organization is to support and fund raise for a single institution within the Education major group.

THE MASSIVE EDUCATIONAL DISRUPTION OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC HAS WIDENED THE ALREADY ALARMING GAPS FOR K-12 UNDERSERVED STUDENTS. EDUTUTORVA PROVIDES FREE INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL-GROUP TUTORING BY TRAINED COLLEGE STUDENTS AND ALUMNI. THE STUDENTS RECEIVE TARGETED SUPPORT IN CORE ACADEMIC AREAS AND THE TUTORS RECEIVE A POSITIVE INTRODUCTION TO THE TEACHING PROFESSION.

MISSION:

THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO PROMOTE AN ATMOSPHERE THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE EDUCTIONAL PHILOSOPHY OF THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY AT PATRIOT HIGH SCHOOL. THIS INCLUDES THE ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES FOR ALL TEAMS, CLUBS AND GROUPS UNDER THE ADMINSTRATION OF THE DIRECTOR OF STUDENT ACTIVITIES IN COMPLINACE WITH TITLE IX.

LITERACY VOLUNTEERS OF FAUQUIER COUNTY LVFC EXISTS TO IMPROVE READING WRITING BASIC COMMUNICATION STUDY AND COMPUTER SKILLS OF ADULTS IN FAUQUIER COUNTY VA AND TO PROMOTE LEARNING AS A FUNDAMENTAL GOAL SHARED BY ALL FAMILY MEMBERS.

LESS CANCER'S MISSION IS TO MAKE RISK REDUCTION AND PREVENTION A VITAL PART OF THE CANCER PARADIGM. LESS CANCER WAS FOUNDED TO HELP REMEDIATE THE ALARMING TREND OF INCREASED INCIDENCES OF CANCER.
