DONATIONS ARE USED TO SUPPORT THE FOUNDATIONS OVERALL MISSION TO CARE FOR THE STREET DOGS AND CATS IN ASIA AND REDUCE SUFFERING THROUGH A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS. A PRIMARY INITIATIVE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO RAISE FUNDS IN SUPPORT OF SOI DOGS CVNR (CAPTURE, VACCINATE, NEUTER, RETURN) PROGRAM WHICH CURBS THE POPULATION GROWTH AND MINIMIZES INSTANCES OF ABUSE AND INJURY THAT OFTEN ACCOMPANY GROWING STREET DOG AND CAT POPULATIONS.
