The goal of this organization is to focus on influencing public policy within the Community Improvement, Capacity Building major group area. Includes a variety of activities from public education and influencing public opinion to lobbying national and state legislatures.

TO ASSIST THE LOCAL BUSINESS, GOVERNMENTAL AND INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITY IN DEVELOPING BETTER BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS AND TO INCREASE THE LOCAL REVENUE BASE BY ENCOURAGING TOURISM AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

The goal of this organization is to provide technical assistance, loans, loan guarantees and other forms of assistance to support the development and growth of a wide variety of business establishments in the community.

PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO MESQUITE ELKS LODGE 2404 AND OTHER EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS. ALSO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING FOR DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are business and professional men and/or women or other individuals who have a common interest in improving the life of the community, which conduct fund-raising events to finance community service projects. Many service clubs are chapters of national or international organizations.

SCENIC TEXAS PRESERVES AND ENHANCES THE VISUAL CHARACTER OF TEXAS. SCENIC TEXAS PROMOTES ENHANCED DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC PROJECTS, FREEWAY LANDSCAPING, BILLBOARD CONTROL, PLANTING 1 MILLION TREES ACROSS TEXAS, AND DARK SKY PROTECTION.

TO HIGHLIGHT AND HARNESS THE CULTURAL DIVERSITY IN ARLINGTON, SPECIFICALLY THE EAST ARLINGTON SECTOR LEADING TO INITIATIVES RESULTING IN COMMUNITY PRIDE, HERITAGE APPRECIATION, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND REVITALIZATION AND INCREASING TOURISM.

The goal of this organization is to provide technical assistance, loans, loan guarantees or other forms of management support to help impoverished urban communities create local jobs, sustain local services and build healthier local economies.
