INCLUDED IN NTXBC'S ACTIVITIES ARE CHARACTER-BUILDING AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMS THAT TEACH THE IMPORTANCE OF A STRONG WORK ETHIC, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, FAIR PLAY, CITIZENSHIP, CHARACTER, COMMITMENT, COMPETITION, CONFIDENCE, COURAGE, DETERMINATION, DISCIPLINE, COMMUNITY SERVICE, EXCELLENCE AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS.NTXBC SPONSORS AND COORDINATES COMPETITIVE GAMES AMONG NTXBC TEAMS AND WITH NON-NTXBC TEAMS.NTXBC ALSO PROVIDES FACILITIES FOR TRAINING CHILDREN AND YOUTH FOR THE GAMES OF BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL, AND EDUCATES PARENTS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY ABOUT MOTIVATING AND ENCOURAGING YOUNG PEOPLE.
