TO ESTABLISH AND DEVELOP THE TEXAS CLEAN ENERGY PARK AS THE PREEMINENT COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR INNOVATIVE RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, COMMERCIALIZATION AND TRAINING IN THE AREAS OF RENEWABLE ENERGY, EFFICIENCY, SMART BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURE.
