THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION IS AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(A) BY VIRTUE OF BEING AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) THAT IS OTHER THAN A PRIVATE FOUNDATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 509(A) BECAUSE IT IS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 170(B)(1)(A).
