UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL, INC. ("UHS") WAS ORGANIZED TO OPERATE A HIGH SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN A PROCESS OF RECOVER FROM DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION. UHS WILL PRESENT FORMAL INSTRUCTION, MAINTAIN A REGULAR FACILITY, AND HAVE A REGULARLY ENROLLED BODY OF PUPILS IN ATTENDANCE. ADDITIONALLY, UHS WIL CULTIVATE A MODEL COMMUNITY WHERE STUDENTS CAN RECEIVE QUALITY COLLEGE-PREPARATORY EDUCATION, ACHIED ACADEMIC SUCCESS, AND ENJOY A GENUINE HIGH SCHOOL EXPERIENCE FREE FROM ALCOHOL AND DRUGS.
