OPERATION CODE ALSO PROVIDES DIVERSITY AND MILITARY CULTURAL COMPETENCY TRAINING FOR TECH ENTERPRISES TO BREAK DOWN BARRIERS IN TALENT ACQUISITION AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION. WE BUILD CUSTOM CURRICULUM FOR PAID APPRENTICESHIP-TO-HIRE PROGRAMS AT TECH COMPANIES TO EXPEDITE THE HIRING PIPELINE FOR MARGINALIZED MEMBERS.

THE MIGHTY ENDEAVOR PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED TO DOCUMENT THE MILITARY HISTORY OF THE APPROXIMATELY 150,000 WW2 OREGON VETERANS THROUGH AN ONLINE PLATFORM AND DATABASE (WWW.VETERANSLEGACIES.COM) AND A CURRICULAM DEVELOPED FOR OREGON HIGH SCHOOLS.
