THE SID AND KAREN DEBOER FOUNDATION IS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF THE OREGON COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (OCF). THE FOUNDATION MAKES GRANTS THAT FURTHER THE MISSION OF OCF WHICH IS TO IMPROVE LIVES FOR ALL OREGONIANS THROUGH THE POWER OF PHILANTHROPY.
