THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED SOLELY TO SUPPORT THE OREGON INTERNATIONAL PORT OF COOS BAY BY OPERATING, REPAIRING, AND MAINTAINING THE COOS BAY RAIL LINK.

THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVE ITS MISSION OF: (1) FUND THE NEEDS OF OREGON VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES BY FUNDING EDUCATION INITIATIVES, HEALTH CARE, REHABILITATION, AND SERVICES; (2) IMPACT OREGON VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH SUPPORT BY FUNDING MENTORSHIP, VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND OTHER CHARITABLE PROGRAMS; AND (3) PARTNER WITH OTHER CHARITIES OR RAISE FUNDS ON BEHALF OF OTHER CHARITIES IF SUCH ARRANGEMENTS AID THE FOUNDATION IN ACHIEVING ITS PURPOSE.
