The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. UTILIZING HUD 811 CAPITAL GRANT AND HUD PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY.

THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A WATER AND FILTRATION PLANT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING WATER SERVICE TO APPROXIMATELY 400 MEMBERS. MEMBERS ARE CHARGED WATER SERVICE FEES BASED ON THE ORGANIZATION'S COST TO MAINTAIN THE WATER AND FILTRATION PLANT AND RELATED EQUIPMENT.
