THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS TO PLAN AND CONDUCT ANNUAL OR SPECIAL MEETINGS AS SCHEDULED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, DURING WHICH THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS DISCUSS ISSUES IMPORTANT TO COMPANIES IN THE HVAC INDUSTRY. THE MEETINGS MAY BE CONDUCTED IN PERSON OR BY ELECTRONIC METHODS. THE MEETINGS PROVIDE MEMBER COMPANIES WITH TRAINING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SHARING OF BEST PRACTICES, AND THE FORMATION OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS.
