INCLUSIVE HOUSING RESOURCES (IHR) MANAGES THE HOUSING NETWORK OF HAMILTON COUNTY AND PARTNERSHIPS FOR HOUSING. THROUGH THESE ORGANIZATIONS, IHR STAFF PROVIDE HOUSING THAT IS HIGH QUALITY, SAFE, AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES IN BUTLER, HAMILTON AND CLERMONT COUNTIES. IHR STAFF ALSO PERFORM ACCESSIBILITY ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH COVERAGE UNDER THEIR MEDICAID WAIVER.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

PUTNAM COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY BUILDS HOMES FOR FAMILIES IN NEED OF SIMPLE, DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING. WE ALSO MAKE CRITICAL REPAIRS TO EXISTING HOMES OWNED BY LOW INCOME FAMILIES. IN BOTH CASES, WE PROVIDE FINANCING BY ISSUING A NO-PROFIT, ZERO INTEREST RATE, LOAN OR HELP IN SECURING A LOW INTEREST LOAN FOR QUALIFIED FAMILIES. IN ADDITION, PUTNAM COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FINANCES CONSTRUCTION FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES.
