IS AN ATTORNEY-RUN AFFILIATE OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ESTATE PLANNERS AND COUNCILS, AND IS THE ONLY ABA-ACCREDITED PROGRAM FOR CERTFICATION OF AN ATTORNEY AS AN ESTATE PLANNING LAW SPECIALIST (EPLS). THE CERTIFICATION IS AWARDED ONLY TO ATTORNEYS WHO MEET STRINGENT PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE AND CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS, RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS, AND PASS A COMPREHENSIVE CHALLENGE EXAMINATION. THE BOARD IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFICATION AND REVIEW OF THE CERTIFICATION.
