OCEESA IS DEDICATED TO PROMOTING ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE IN ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE. ITS MEMBERS WORK AND RESIDE THROUGHOUT THE USA, CANADA, AND VARIOUS COUNTRIES IN ASIA.

The goal of this organization is to promote artistic expression within a particular ethnic community; work for the preservation and promotion of the traditions, values and lifestyles of different cultural groups; organize activities and events which promote cultural exchange locally or nationally; and encourage understanding and respect for different cultural heritages among the youthful members of the group as well as the mainstream population.

TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN A TRAVELING ARTISTIC MEMORIAL TO THE THIRD BATTALION OF THE 25TH MARINE REGIMENT AS AN EDUCATIONAL AND HEALING TRIBUTE TO THOSE MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT WHO GAVE SERVICE TO THEIR COUNTRY.

TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL SPACES FOR THESE PROGRAMS. TO PROVIDE AID, AS POSSIBLE, TO THOSE HISPANIC IMMIGRANTS IN NEED.

THE MISSION OF POWER 107.1 IS TO EMPOWER LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BUSINESSES AND CORPORATIONS. BEYOND GIVING NON-PROFITS A VOICE AND A PLATFORM ON POWER 107.1, WE ALSO FUNDRAISE FOR THEM THROUGH OUR GIVEBACK PROGRAM, A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS SPENT WITH OUR RADIO STATION FROM LOCAL BUSINESSES AND CORPORATIONS GO BACK TO LOCAL NON- PROFITS. GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY IS THE TRUE POWER OF LOCAL RADIO
